In this edition, acts passed during the 1866 special session (Sept. 4-21, 1866) are numbered *4766-*4798 and are on pages 366-1 through 366-30. Acts passed during the 1866 regular session (Nov. 26-Dec. 21, 1866) begin again with number 4766, continue through 4872, and begin at page 367.
